People keep personal journals for a variety of reasons: artist journals, travel journals, nature journals, gratitude journals and more.

In this workshop, we'll experiment with building different styles and sizes of journals. We'll try adding pockets and fold-out pages, and learn to decorate our covers with a unique medallion.

We'll also discuss what goes inside -- how to get ideas for writing and drawing, how to integrate text and images to create attractive page layouts, and how to use different art media and tools.
