ONE HEART ARTS
Take a peek inside this mini nature journal that I made one afternoon in my backyard while I did my laundry. The pages are bound together with a rubber band and a stick. The medallion on the front cover is a symbol of the interconnectedness of all beings. The little bird on the back cover is drawn on a piece of birch bark.
Nature journaling ideas are glued inside the front cover and a book plate is attached with space to put my name.

I made a small nature print on Japanese paper with an ink pad. My opening page includes a weather report and notes about what I am hearing and feeling.
Brief notes and a drawing of my house.
Plants and animals. Draw quickly or they will fly away!
Draw 3 different kinds of leaves.
Look up! Look around!
What do you see?
Flowers and bushes.
A rock rubbing and another nature print from my rose bush.
An ivy print and another bark drawing. Nature tickets fit inside a little pocket.
